This China bowl is a fusion of 9 pieces of glass, some with autumnal leaf colours, and some transparent amber glass. I cut the pieces of glass so they fitted together like a jigsaw into a small circle. Then I cut a clear circle of glass the same size, and fused them together in my kiln. I then placed the fused disc onto a mould and slumped it in another kiln firing, resulting in a delightful China shaped bowl. It is unique and therefore attractive in itself, and it has practical uses as a small bowl.

The bowl weighs 427 gm.
It is 15 cm in diameter, and 5 cm in height.
