I’ve made a dozen colourful butterflies using stained glass techniques, and set on a post so they can adorn a house plant or be fixed to something. They look best when light comes from behind, showing the true colours of the glass. Some of them are made with transparent coloured glass, others with transparent iridescent glass. All of them are attractive in their own way.
The butterflies themselves are 9cm by 7cm, and weigh in at 43 grams.
